Damaged Product Claims Only
Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product received is damaged during transit. Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any damage claim, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- The damaged product clearly visible inside the package.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The original packaging and tags must be intact.
- The damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
Refund Process
Once the claim is reviewed and approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- No unboxing video is provided.
- Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- Product has been used or tampered with.
- Minor color differences due to photography or screen settings.
